Background & experience

I grew up working alongside my dad and uncle in the family appliance business. Three generations of fixing kitchens and laundry rooms across West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and Eastern Arkansas. We’ve seen every failure mode of every major brand — from the dishwashers our grandparents serviced in the 1980s to the inverter-compressor Samsungs that started failing en masse in 2018.

What sets our work apart isn’t a secret technique. It’s the basics, done with care:

• Diagnose first. A 20-minute diagnosis catches the real failure 95% of the time. We don’t guess-and-swap parts.
• Quote up front. You hear the price before any work begins. If you don’t want to proceed, the diagnostic fee ($89) covers our visit.
• Stocked truck. Most-failure parts ride with us — thermostats, control boards, valves, belts, motors. Most jobs finish in one visit.
• Honest answer. If your fridge isn’t worth fixing, I’ll say so. I’d rather earn the next ten calls than oversell on this one.

Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, KitchenAid, Maytag, Frigidaire, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel, Sub-Zero, Jenn-Air, Kenmore. If parts are available, I can usually fix it — even decade-old appliances.
