When you opt in, Memphis Appliance Xperts sends transactional SMS/MMS messages about your appliance service: appointment confirmations, scheduling, reminders, technician arrival notices, and service follow-ups.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our booking form and submitting your phone number, or by giving express verbal/written consent to our staff. Consent is not required to buy any service.
Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity (typically a few messages per appointment).
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (901) 562-9437 / memphisappliancexperts@gmail.com.
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
